| An unprecedented number of sticker artists, graffiti artists and admirers of their art gathered December 3rd 2005 at the Ghetto Mansion for a lowbrow celebration of artistic expression through adhesive art. The PEEL HERE Sticker Art Show, which was the brainchild of Richard Ahrens AKA 'Sticky Rick', Damon Robinson & John Q, featured such artists as Robbie Conal, Shepard Fairey, ManOne, Chaz Bojorquez, Damon Robinson, John Q, Brandy Flower, olive47, Evil Dave, Lesley Reppeteaux, Persue, Richard Beltran, Robots Will Kill, Ink, and numerous other fine artists and street/graffiti artists. With only a two week 'Open Call' window, hundreds of stickers were mailed in by artists from around the world. They submitted stickers for exhibition and for give-away. 'Sticky Rick' and his crew were still mounting stickers onto cardstock for exhibition as visitors walked in the door at 6pm. By 6:15 the entire Ghetto Mansion was BUMPIN''. Upstairs, sticker lovers cruised the gallery & grooved with MEZKLAH, Nathan Nice & DJ Troma, while downstairs Damon Robinson's ('Praise the Lowered') entertained guests by opening up his workshop, allowing guests to show off their creative CHOPS.
